DotScanner was a community funded Polkadot and Kusama blockchain explorer built and maintained by a single developer.
Unfortunately, due to rising costs of the servers, databases, and bot fighting matched with the ever changing and tedious hoops I've had to jump through to get the funding from the community every few months I have decided to eat my losses and shutdown the service.
It's no longer worth the time and headaches. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this has caused.
I will keep the Discord open for any questions or concerns.
